Army Crawl Trouble

About a month ago, Liz looked at Jack's exersaucer and made a comment along the lines of, "I bet when he's more mobile, Jack will get stuck underneath it."  Well, a month has passed and ...

Don't let the smile fool you...he was stuck and unhappy.

Happy Birthday, Momma!

To celebrate Momma's birthday we had swim lessons, ate at the Cheesecake Factory and went for a family bike ride.  Here are some pictures of Jack and Momma swimming. We love you, Momma.

Happy Father's Day, Poppie!

Jack and his best bud at his first football game

Dear Poppie,
Happy Poppie's day! I have been practicing very hard to tell you how much I love you. While the words may not necessarily be understandable quite yet, I hope that you know that about 95% of the time I am jabbering away, I am telling you and the world how great I think you are. You make me smile and giggle like no one else can. I love all of the time we spend together wrestling, going on runs, reading books, and just hanging out. You really are my best buddy in the whole wide world. I am excited for all of the fun memories we get to make together!

Love you,

Jack

8 months

Seeing as how Jack turns NINE months on Monday, we figured we better post some of his pictures from his 8 month photo shoot. This past month has been a whirlwind, between Nathaniel finishing up the semester, me finishing the last tests and case studies, and poor Jack recovering from ear infections and then chicken pox! These pictures were actually taken when he was 8.5 months, and he still was not feeling his best. We were only able to make it through one outfit. You can see some of the chicken pox on the poor guy. But, he was such a trooper through the whole thing, even if he was miserable!

Oh, what's that?
