Yesterday, with success, we tried Jack facing forward in the Baby Bjorn! This is great, because every time we put him in facing us, he would fall asleep. On the trial forward run, he stayed awake the entire time. His head was on a swivel and was taking in everything as we went to check the mail. On a similar note, we've removed the infant adapter for his car seat...he just wouldn't fit with it in.
